- Promotion depends on the student’s performance throughout the year and not merely on marks scored in the final examination.
- Reports of terminal examination and unit tests are given in the student’s report cards. Parents/guardians should sign them regularly and follow the progress of their children/wards..
- Promotion is decided at the meeting of the Principal and the teachers concerned. Hence result is final and cannot be re-cosindered. Final examination answer scripts shall not be shown.
- No student will be allowed to repeat the same class for a third time. A students who fails twice in three consecutive years is considered as withdraw from the school.
- A student who fails in any two major subjects is considered to have failed.
- No students will be allowed to sit for the promotion examination if the attendance during the year is below 85%.
